Competition in Travel & Tourism industry is well-known to be tough with big budget competitors and high customer attrition, or “churn”. The challenge was to populate customers for their ‘Beach - Holiday Packages & Tours’ by offering competitive prices through promotions via mobile marketing within a given period of time.

SOLUTION

Created systematic, automated and triggered mobile messages with dynamic campaigns that demonstrated Ezeego1’s proposition are valued and aren’t just another number in a sea of agents. Another major part of it was measuring results against a targeted base. Three message streams were established, each with the following objectives:
